One of my daughter's favorites, but not that durable.May 30, 2010 My daughter is 3 and she LOVES this toy! She never gets tired of playing with it. She has had it for 7 months and plays with them almost everyday. It is her go-to toy. The little dolls would be much better if the heads did not pop off. My daughter used to hold their heads to try to take the dresses off and this is how her Ariel doll broke. She has since learned not to hold the head, but to hold the body. As stated in other reviews, the head does not refasten at all. I had one success trying to use a small pin to hold the piece that locks the head to the body. It worked once, but took me over 30 minutes to get it on, only to have it pop off 5 minutes later. The dresses rip from too much force trying to pull them on or off. The pieces are tiny and easy to lose, but she somehow manages to keep some of the shoes paired. Overall, I don't love the toy but my daughter definitely does.
Girls love the toy, but heads come off!Mar 28, 2010 As many, many other reviews state...my girls loved this toy and played with it for a few days before the heads came off. Very disappointing. Great idea, poorly constructed. Based on the other reviews, I won't be replacing the dolls. We'll find a different toy.
Christmas for my PrincessFeb 05, 2010 She loves them, carries them with her in tote bag so she can play with them wherever she goes. There are a few tiny pieces (ie shoes) included that are not recommended for little ones to play with and can easily be lost, mine already has, giggle. These princesses have brought my Princess alot of exercising of her imagination.
Lots of TINY parts!Jan 09, 2010 Though the toy is marked for 3+ it has many very TINY parts. My daughter beheaded Ariel just trying to get a dress off of her, so the small dolls aren't very durable at all. Overall she loves playing with them in her Favorite Moments Dream Castle. As a parent though, I am feeling that I spent way too much money on a very fragile product.

Fun, but breaks easilyNov 28, 2009 My girls (2.5yo and 4yo) love these dolls and play with them often, if not daily. My biggest complaint is that they break so, so easily. We have this set and a few other sets and at least 50% of the dolls have lost their heads. Some have lost legs and arms as well. The dresses have held up better than the dolls, but several of the dress have torn and needed to be thrown away. We've had them for several months and although my girls love them I will not replace the broken dolls. I just can't spend money on toys that I know will break easily with normal play.
