Buyer's Response to: Last Place to Look on May 20, 2009Jun 05, 2009 "LAST PLACE YOU LOOK" WOULD BE THE LAST PLACE TO BUY! I made copies of what was advertised on the Amazon.com website and I made copies of what I got from this company and I DID NOT GET WHAT WAS ORDERED. I only was able to get a refund only after I e-mailed Amazon.com about seller not getting back to me on WHERE to send the all returns. In my return package to seller, I included copies of what was on the website and what I got and a copy of the shipping/handling bill to seller-I am only getting a reffund on the product but not the shipping cost-I can't believe the seller! Why should I-ME the buyer be held responsible for the shipping when CLEARLY it was the buyers fault. I sent the item back because it WAS WRONG-IT WAS INCORRECT!!
Amazon.com was awesome enough to step-up to the plate and credit me the shipping charge.
I WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO SHOW EVERYONE MY COPIES OF THE PAPERWORK THAT CLEARLY SHOWS WHAT I PURCHASED AND WHAT I GOT! Would you be satisfied to pay for shipping charges for something you ordered and it what you got was totally different?
